Does Scoopo offer dog waste removal year-round?
Absolutely! Scoopo provides service all year long in rain, shine, and snow. During the winter months, we continue scooping as long as waste is visible and accessible. Most pet waste remains scoopable even in snow-covered yards. In cases of severe weather, we’ll notify you of any schedule changes to ensure safety and reliable service.
Do I have to be home for service?
Nope! Just make sure your yard is accessible on your service day, and Scoopo will take care of the rest. We’ll scoop, tidy up, and be gone before you know it.
How does Scoopo keep my dogs safe?
At Scoopo, your dog’s safety is our top priority. We disinfect all tools and footwear between every visit using a kennel-grade solution to stop the spread of germs. After each cleanup, we send a photo of your secured gate to give you peace of mind. No gate? No problem. We’ll show you the clean yard instead.

How much does service cost?
Scoopo service plans start at just $59/month. Final pricing depends on your yard size, number of dogs, and how often you’d like service. We’ll provide a custom quote tailored to your property and your pup’s needs.
Do I have to sign a contract for dog waste removal service?
No contracts here! With Scoopo, you’re free to start or cancel service anytime through your customer portal or by giving us a quick call.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
During each visit, we double-bag the waste and place it in the customer’s trash can or neatly beside their house if access isn’t available. We don’t haul pet waste between properties because it’s the cleanest and safest approach. This helps prevent cross-contamination between yards and keeps service efficient and affordable without added dumpster fees.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Absolutely! We love our furry friends. If your pup is friendly, we’re happy to scoop while they’re out. However, if your dog shows any signs of aggression, we kindly ask that they be brought inside during the visit. Safety is our top priority, and we want every visit to be smooth for both your pet and our team. If a dog becomes a safety concern, we may need to pause service until it’s resolved.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
We do our best to accommodate your preferred service day! While we may not offer every day of the week in your area, we’ll typically provide 2–3 scheduling options to fit your routine. Just let us know what works best, and we’ll aim to make it happen.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
To keep things efficient and costs low for our customers, we don’t provide exact arrival times. Our routes are optimized the night before each service day to reduce drive time and streamline operations. While we can’t offer specific time windows, rest assured your yard will be scooped on your scheduled service day.
