We keep billing simple and secure. A credit card is required on file prior to service — added during signup for your convenience. Payments are processed automatically each month before service begins.

What to Expect on Your Service Day
When Scoopo arrives, you can count on us to treat your property like it’s our own.
Arrival Notification
You'll receive a notification at least 15 minutes before arrival so you know we're on the way! No need to be home, just make sure we can access your gate and all pets are secured for everyone’s safety.
Cleaning Your Yard
Your Scoopo tech will follow a structured route, thoroughly scanning your yard to make sure no waste is missed. We’re quick, but we’re thorough, and we always leave your yard better than we found it.
Safety Procedures
We send a closed gate confirmation after each cleanup so you know it's safe for your pets to head back outside! All tools and footwear are sanitized between visits with kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent any cross-contamination.
Pet Waste Disposal
We double-bag the waste and place it in the customer’s trash can or neatly beside their house if access isn’t available. We don’t haul pet waste between properties because it’s the cleanest and safest approach.
